SHIPPING & RETURNS
Dominic's Attic of Horrors has same day or next day shipping six days a week. Holidays may cause delay. Orders placed on Sunday will not generate until Monday. Orders received and processed after 2pm eastern time will ship next business day. An email confirmation and tracking information will be sent via email when your order leaves our facility. Florida residents will also have a 7% sales tax applied to their order.
*Free Shipping: Continental United States Alaska and Hawaii. Allow 2to 6 business days once order is complete. Delivery times are estimated through the USPS and are not guaranteed.
Dominic's Attic of Horrors inspects all products for quality and condition prior to shipment.
We ask our customers to inspect their purchase once received. For defective items, all claims must be made within 7 days of receipt of merchandise. Please keep in mind, manufacturer descriptions may not be 100% accurate and products may vary in size and color, which do not qualify as defects. We do not accept returns for minor packaging flaws. We do not provide refunds on opened products.
If a product is damaged in transit, we ask an email with photos be sent along with order number within 24 hours of receipt.
If a customer has received the wrong product in error, we require notification within 24 hours of receipt.

If it is determined a refund will be issued, our customers are notified with instructions to finalize the return. If product is to be shipped back to our facility, a copy of the invoice and the shipping cost will be the responsibility of the buyer. A refund will be applied to the method of payment in 3-5 business days [PayPal purchases may take 2-10 business days] once item is received back in stock at our facility.
