Dominic's Attic of Horrors prides themselves on both quality merchandise and customer service. We do our best in providing detailed descriptions, fair pricing and speedy shipping. Time and care goes into each order and if there is ever an issue, we are quick to address accordingly.
We also reserve the right to limit the quantity of items sold on a single item and refuse sales. If a customer abuses the limit, becomes a habitual offender or commits fraud, he/she will be contacted via email and future business will be rescinded.
The privacy and security of our customers is extremely important. We only have access to the information that is voluntarily provided to us via email or other direct contact. We do not sell, rent or share any type of information to any outside parties for marketing or commercial purposes.

We are an authorized retailer and are not permitted to sell outside of personal use.

Can I cancel or make changes to my order once it has been placed?
A. Due to the quick nature of our shipping process, cancelations will not be accepted.
In our attempt to ensure your product arrives in a safe, timely fashion, requests for cancelations will not be addressed once an order is placed. We ask our customers to review their order(s) before confirming payment.
This also includes any requests for changes to an order; if you would like to add an item, a separate order must be placed. If requested, we may combine orders to ship in one package.
Do you have expedited shipping options?
Dominic's Attic of Horrors currently ships USPS first-class, with an estimated time frame of 3 - 7 business days.
Orders weighing over 13 oz will ship Priority Mail, 2 - 3 business days.
Is tax included in the order total?
Dominic's Attic of Horrors is located in Florida and any of our customers who reside within the state of Florida will be charged a 7% sales tax.
What is the additional cost on items that do not qualify for free shipping?
Shipping fees will be based on size, shape, order total and weight. Once a price is determined, it will be displayed with the product that is not included in our free shipping policy.
When do you charge my card/PayPal account?
